All of our vacation planning services begin with a consultation. In our consultation, we will discuss your travel needs, wishes and desires, go over your travel preferences and travel history. I’ll learn about your family and what they like, your budget and more. Together we’ll discuss some options and general price ranges, and you can ask questions. Based on our conversation, if we are a good match to work together, the following services will be available to you, and the service fees listed will be charged to move forward with your custom vacation planning experience. 

 Our Walt Disney World and Disneyland Concierge Planning Packages!

Our most popular package! Fairy Godmother Planning and Concierge Service: A Disney World vacation is supposed to be magical! It is also a lot of work to plan! Let me do everything from beginning to happily ever after! From helping you select the perfect resort, tickets and dining plan to special events and experiences this package is perfect for those that want the most magical Disney vacation experience with all the fine details handled for them. Using my extensive knowledge and expertise of the Walt Disney World Resort, I create a magical vacation for you with memories to last a lifetime!

 You will be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy as your perfect vacation comes together in front of your eyes!

 This service includes:

 • Choosing the perfect Walt Disney World Resort for you and your family.

 • Reviewing the best park ticket for your touring of the parks. 

• Choosing the dining plan that best fits your family. 

• Booking your vacation package tailored to your needs and wishes.

• Recommended dining options for your Advanced Dining.  

• Making your dining reservations for you when a Disney Dining Plan is included with your vacation package. 

• Carefully intertwining your fastpass selections on the appropriate date and scheduling your Fastpass selections for you. While you are sound asleep, I am up making your selections for you! 

• Scheduling of any tours and special experiences you and your family will enjoy to enhance your magical vacation. 

• Price monitoring: When a discount is released and if the discount is applicable to your magical Walt Disney World package applying the discount for you.

 • Disney tips like the best fireworks viewing, where to get a Dole Whip, where and what can we do to have fun on a non-park day and tricks for saving time and money for the best vacation experience. 

• Setting up scooter and stroller rentals. 

• Arranging childcare services. • Scheduling grocery delivery.

 • A CUSTOMIZED park touring itinerary for each day of your magical vacation, listing your dining reservations, ride choices and other special experiences we have planned.

 • The How to Get Around Guide at Walt Disney World including your options for traveling around the Walt Disney World Resort with ease. 

• The What’s New to Walt Disney World Resort guide.

 • The Am I Tall Enough guide for the littlest of mouseketters.

 • Membership into Magical Planning with On Your Way with Rene’ $150 planning fee

Cruise Concierge Planning Service Package:  Our cruise concierge planning fee is $150.00. This includes finding the perfect cruise option for you, planning your shore excursions, onboard experiences and more!  

European, US Mainland and Specialized Land Packages: $250

Our concierge planning fee for European vacations is due upon consultation before any quotes are provided.   All-Inclusive Resort Packages:

For all-inclusive vacations there is no planning fee to book with us, but if you would like itinerary planning included excursions, spa appointments, setting up of marriage licenses, in room gifts we offer a concierge planning package for $150.00 due at time of deposit.

If you chose not to purchase a planning package, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged before booking is cancelled.
