Owner/Travel Consultant- Rene' Fifik
Rene' Fifik, established On Your Way with Rene' Travel in 2012.
Over the last 7 years, she has had the privilege of planning over 3,000 vacations to many destinations including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Hawaii, Mexico, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Aruba, St. Lucia, Australia and various countries through Europe. Her specialties include Disney Destinations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures by Disney. She also has extensive 1st hand knowledge and experience planning with major cruise lines such as Disney Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruise Lines. Her personal and work travels helped her build her specialty in the all-inclusive resort market in Mexico, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Aruba and the Bahamas.
Travel Consultant-Kim Vigier
With over a dozen different countries stamped into her passport and still counting, Kim has been trotting around the globe for years. Most recently, Kim has spent time in Italy, France and Switzerland as well as countless family trips to Walt Disney World. Kim spent many years coordinating multi-faceted travel in the corporate sector before starting her family and refocusing her energy on leisure travel. She especially likes to use her family as guinea pigs when it comes to creative travel ideas whether they are booking around the world trips, finding interesting new dining venues, or treating Disney World trips as the sporting event they are.
When she’s not shuttling her two children back and forth to numerous activities, Kim enjoys reading, cooking and obsessively researching the latest and greatest travel news. She is committed to a world class customer experience and leaves no stone unturned when planning your next great adventure!

Marc and Crystal are our husband and wife team!
They both specialize in Disney Destinations and cruising. They have loved Disney since they were children. That's even where they took their honeymoon! Their love for Disney grew even more after they took their kids for the first time. Their pure joy changed our life and turned Disney into a passion. For several years they have helped their friends and family plan their trips to Disney with pure excitement and enthusiasm. The best feeling is to hear how much they enjoyed their vacations thanks to our help! They decided to put their passion to work as a team and begin helping people professionally. As a team, they understand the needs and wants of traveling with spouses and children. They will handle everything from hotel and airfare, to dining reservations, and even meeting the characters and picking which rides to ride can be done with our help! They will put all of your dreams for your family's vacation into action while you can sit back and enjoy yourself carefree!
Sue Chadwick-Travel Consultant
Sue is our cruise specialist!
While she also specializes in Disney Destinations, she has found her niche in cruise planning! She has been helping families plan their dream vacations for almost two years now. She came into travel planning due to a conversation she had with her husband about doing what you love. Travel planning was that calling!
Sue has helped families plan magical Walt Disney World vacations, dream come true Australian vacations and many cruises!
